Craziness!

I went back to work two weeks ago and it's been...interesting! I am so glad that Steve and my sister could work out their schedules to be home with Emrie while I'm at work, but it's still hard to leave her for the WHOLE day like that. I still like my job and I hope things will get better with time, but for now Emrie is NOT a fan of taking a bottle all day and we spend the next day or too making up for it.

Emrie turned three months old on the 6th! She really is growing up so fast. Over the last couple weeks she has been blowing bubbles and getting much more vocal when she's playing. She also is starting to enjoy reading stories, especially when daddy reads her the ones with little finger puppets. She's getting really close to rolling over from her back to tummy, but hasn't done it yet. I've been working on establishing her bedtime routine and trying to get her in bed sometime between 9-10 pm. Usually it's more like midnight.
On Friday, the night before I had to go to work, she did go to bed at 10 and I was so excited to be able to get some sleep before work! Literally as SOON as I climbed into bed at about 1130, she woke up. I fed her and then Steve rocked her while I attempted to go to sleep. After about an hour she decided she was WIDE awake, and Steve was exhausted, so he put her in her crib and she laughed, and played and kicked in the dark until about 1 am. We all finally got to sleep around 1:30 or 2. Needless to say, I'm learning she is already an independent girl and isn't quite a fan of the schedule I've established for her.

Steve will be graduating in April and we're hoping to get to Boise eventually so we can be closer to family and Steve can do his MBA at Boise State. That is all conditional on finding a job and selling our condo. If anyone might be interested in our house, let us know! It's been a great place to live.
'Til next time!

she is a cutie! Good luck with going back to work. I had a really hard time with it for about 6 months and now it's not too bad and Parker is 2, but I work nights which is harder. GOod luck with the adjustment.

CUTE PICTURES! And finger puppet books - CUTE! My favorites are the last one where she is on her tummy and the one where she is in her car seat all bundled up.

Also, one of Russ's RA's is getting married and he told them about your condo but I don't know what their plans are
